• To be eligible, please share a photo and an uncut, full unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The video must clearly show the issue and the full unboxing process without any edits or cuts.
For Returns:
• If the product received is damaged or the wrong item, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund once we verify the issue through your video and photos.
For Exchanges:
• Exchanges are accepted only if the product has a visible defect or is not up to mark upon delivery.
