However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re happy to help.

Here’s how it works:
• We only accept returns or exchanges if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To be eligible, please share a photo and an uncut, full unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The video must clearly show the issue and the full unboxing process without any edits or cuts.

For Returns:
• If the product received is damaged or the wrong item, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund once we verify the issue through your video and photos.

For Exchanges:
• Exchanges are accepted only if the product has a visible defect or is not up to mark upon delivery.
• To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at handmadewithloveklaeora@gmail.com with your photos and details.
• Our team will review your request, and if approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
